Submit Complaint

If you would like to file a complaint about a Certified Management Consultant or you are concerned about an alleged breach of the CICMC’s Professional Code of Conduct or any other regulation, contact CICMC through the form below.

 Complainants should review the CICMC’s Professional Code of Conduct listed on our website before the submission of a complaint in order to understand the organization’s ethical standards.

 Complainants are responsible for all costs associated with filing a complaint and all personal costs related to their involvement in the Professional Conduct Complaint process.

All relevant information in support of the complaint must also be sent by mail, courier, or fax. When a complaint is received, it is forwarded to the Disciplinary Committee where a member of the Committee will investigate the complaint.
Confirmation of receipt of the complaint will be sent by the CICMC Secretariat to the Complainant. Anonymous, frivolous or incomplete complaints will not be reviewed.
All Complaints will be handled with care and ensure that all parties are treated fairly and equitably. Complaints will be investigated in a constructive, impartial, and timely manner by the Disciplinary committee.
