Betty concentrates in communication fields, public relations, and administrative management, with a focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR). As the founder and director of SkillSphereCy, she leads a business providing office and communication services while managing SkillS365.com.cy, a platform that connects job seekers with employers to foster meaningful professional relationships.

She holds a Master’s in Communication and New Journalism and a Bachelor’s in Social Anthropology. With over a decade of experience, she has developed expertise in CSR through her work with an NGO, coordinating humanitarian aid missions, managing programs, building stakeholder partnerships, and leading fundraising campaigns that have supported global communities, including impactful humanitarian missions in Africa and Asia.

Betty’s core skills include project management and the development of impactful CSR initiatives. Certified in Public Relations (EDI/LCCI Higher) and IT competencies – soft skills (ECDL Certificate), she is also experienced in managing websites, social media, and communication campaigns to enhance outreach and engagement.

Throughout her career, Betty has participated in international conferences and training sessions on diversity management, migration policy, and modern communication strategies. Her mission is to advance sustainable development and foster positive change through innovative, socially responsible practices.
