Mr. George Moisi CMC (Dplm. HotelKaufmann) is a Consultant in the Preparation of Business Plans, in the Preparation of European Programs, as a Coordinator of European Programs, in the fields of Tourist Development, Effective Management of Tourism, Hotel and Catering business and General Management.
Mr. Moisi studied, Hotel and Catering Management in Salzburg – Austria at (Salzburger Hotelfachschule Bad Hofgastein) and he is a holder of the professional Title “Dplm. Hotelkaufmann”. He has worked in the Hotel Industry for over 15 years in various managerial positions, including the position of General Manager in a number of Hotels. He has also worked in international Hotel chains (Grand Park Hotels, InterContinental Hotels) where he gained considerable experience with the standards followed by those Hotel chains. Mr. Moisi has also organized and presented over three hundred internal training seminars and workshops in the areas of Effective Management, Human Resource Management, GDPR (General Data Protection Requirements), Hotel Management, implementation of innovative strategies in Service, Customer Care, Travelife, Implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Food Safety & Hygiene (ISO 22000).
